It's extremely difficult to be an affiliate for a company that you really have no means of contacting. Lesson learned with us. About three months ago, we come to find out our template page was malfunctioning. We placed ticket order after ticket order for help, but none ever came. We never got a reply to our messages, never got an explanation, nothing. When we decided we had had enough of this, we sent several more emails demanding to be paid what was still owed us, as the following chart shows:

We have not received any response at all. We did a Google search for the error that comes up on our template website, and found out that nearly 7,000 OTHER websites have the exact same error — so we know it's not just us.
Evidently these people have halted their affiliate program — and neglected to tell about 7,000 other people. People whom probably also have money coming to them. Don't let them get away with this, that is, ripoff 7,000 people from getting their hard-earned money.
When you want templates from now on, go someplace else and put these scammers out of business permanently. If you have had a similar experience, please report as well.
