Unable to contact company to cancel account that I never ordered

I've been trying to cancel an account I never ordered. Every month they remove $9.99 from my debit account. Not sure how they got my info. I've tried the web address, direct E Mail and snail mail... No accurate address. Once I got a site that said. "Out of order... Try again later." That was five months ago.

This sucks, they have over $50.00 of mine... Rip off. Laurie
