Tried the free downloads and had to give a credit or check card to sign up, and did not get any musice and tried to cancel and have been unable to, and they took money from my account

My son went on to emusic for the free trial to download music and you had to enter a credit or bank card number, he did not get any music out of the free downloads and I called to cancel this and emailed without any solution, they took money from my account and I want them to stop and don't know how to have this taken care of there is never any human to talk to.
