We initiated a business relationship with the above listed company in January. The company, TelaIT, TelaHosting, Mojoscripts.com provides "online classified" software and hosting service.

We purchased the software to develop a locally based on-line classified service to the residents of Lafayette, Indiana.

Our decision to utilize the software of Tela IT (mojoscripts.com) was because of their self declaration of providing reliable hosting and stable software. It is this reason that I am contacting usacomplaints.com

Since January Tela IT, Telahosting, MojoScripts.com has expierenced two (2) hard-drive crashes that have caused a total loss of database information for our website.

Our current operation procedures specify that our databases, user information and site design is backed up on a daily basis. We currently have the files needed to re-establish our e-commerce website.

Even with our back-up files we are unable to reload the information to our domain name because of Tela IT, TelaHosting, Mojoscripts.com refusal to provide the FTP or access to upload our information to our wholly-owned domain.

In addition, TelaIT, TelaHosting, MojoScripts.com have not responded to our numerous attempts to solve the issue.in fact, they continue to charge us for hosting fees without any avenue to rectify the problem.

Letter sent to TelaIT requesting assistance: (1 of 30 emails):

Well, here we are again. Two HD crashes in less than a year. What are the odds? We request your assistance in getting our site (www.XXXXXXXXXXX.com) back up and running. What ever needs to be done, NEEDS to be done.

IF you reply to this email, I stress "IF" I would like a very detailed message as to what needs to be done to get our backup file loaded on the server.

In addition, I am requesting that the past 6 months of hosting be immediately refunded. Your inability to maintain a reliable hosting service has cost us unknown amounts of money.

I expect one of two things to happen by Wednesday, March 19th:

1). Set up a phone conference to assist us in getting the site operational
2). Refund the past fourteen (14) months of hosting the initial cost of the software.

Your "Terms of Service" have provided us with numerous legal channels to pursue if a solution is not obtained. I have begun to develop a campaign to inform the "classified" community of TelaIT, MojoScripts' inability to deliver the services that is expected (and indicated) with your software.

Stay far away from this company. Customer service is poor and hosting service is unreliable!!!
