Qana'at Trading aka QT's Store on ebay sells Agarwood and Agarwood or Oudh Oil.
First off, this dishonest person says all of his agarwood oil is real and pure. The truth is, Its only about 20% pure, if that. I ordered a few small samples of his so called Royal oils and they were cheap synthetic copies of what a quality true agarwood oil should be. One of the bottles even has a white crystalline sediment in it, indicative of aroma chemicals added.
When I contacted this person and asked to return the oils, the real drama began. His lying and scheming was obvious and he refused to admit his product was less than genuine. I told him that if he didnt accept a return on the oils, I would go through my Credit card company etc.
After this, he tried to convince me to some bizarre discount scheme for the wood he had for sale. I did not order a lot from this person, but, as a man of principle, I will never let a thief or bandit take me without a fight.
Also, what this person is doing is not only dishonest, but dangerous. Some people suffer from chemical sensitivity and allergic reactions to chemicals added to agarwood oil. Synthetics such as liquid paraffin and DOP or dioctyl phthalate, which are commonly added to dilute agarwood oil, can be very toxic.
