Tracie Ann Vowles is the Owner of BennTra Corp., aka: BennTra Inc.
I have legal documents to prove that Tracie Vowles was served an Income Witholding Order 12/26. Her employee / business partner / Significant Other owes $27,501.96 in back Child Support. (Benn Tracie = BennTra)
No such order has been honored by Tracie Ann Vowles.
I also know for a fact that BennTra Corp has not list Benn Wilcox with the "New Hire" list. This list is for Child Support Enforcement Agencies to locate a non-compliant parent. There are hugh legal responsibilities regarding this list, and a $500.00 fine if your are proven non-cpmpliant. I have written the department who regulate the reporting to this list in their state.
My only reccomendation is to pay in FULL.
By the way. Benn and Tracie you owe my parents over $10,000.00. I am advising them to press fraud charges.
