They are crooks! Took money, Wouldn't answer emails, Wouldn't ship Product, No product to ship, Lied On Website, Wouldnt call!

Worked directly with Jarrod, he said he was the OWNER of the NJ store. This business is headquartered in Boynton Beach, FL 33473

Placed a $2000 order for an Apple Macbook Pro that they are a supposed "Apple Authorized Reseller" with Jarrod (aka: mrstich76) Waited for two weeks with absolutely no response after 11 emails. Finally I went thru Paypal and requested a refund and emailed Jarrod told him that I have requested a refund and have contacted the authorities. I then get an email back stating that he would "NOT REFUND ANYTHING". After several emails back and forth came to the conclusion that I was dealing with an extremely inadequate business and businessman. He then gave me several excuses about people not coming to work and shipping people being out, I told him that was not my issue. He then tried to con me with additional memory and applecare products so I would give him good feedback, but still could not give me a confirmed ship date even though he said they carry all products in stock.

Overall a joke of a transaction, and then realized that he almost had a 10% negative feedback rating which is Attrocious!

Do not deal with jli computer services, they are crooks!!!
