I'll try to make this story short.
I initially ordered 5 MBP 17" from JLI (Jarrod) and they DID deliver.
Trust established, I placed an order of over $60,000. After a few weeks, Jarrod said they have the new MBP models in stock and will ship. Never received the shipment. Gave me the runaround saying he was at "DisneyWorld" on vacation and that he was in the hospital because doctors prescribed him pills that didn't mix well with other pills and was rushed to the hospital. Didn't hear from him for awhile.
File a dispute with PayPal and he immediately contacted me. Said he was gonna ship tomorrow. I was gullible and wanted to work it out with him so I made the mistake of canceling with the dispute with PayPal (FYI... Once you close a dispute, you can't re-open it). I now have no protection. Stupid me. PayPal said they can't do anything anymore and to work with Jarrod (LOL) and my bank to resolve this matter. PayPal sucks. Hated them even before this matter.
Now working with my bank to get the money back as I file "Products and Services not Received". I paid via eChecks.
Emailed Jarrod that I'm in the process of filing criminal charges and these are the emails that he sent me:
Email 1:
Ok. Ill give u my bankruptcy attorneys name since my company will be filing for bankruptcy shortly. Sorry, I told u to file a dispute wit your credit card company but I appreciate the e-mail threats. Good to have handy for the proper authorities.
Email 2:
Ok ill give u my attorneys name and bankruptcys attorney name. File ur dispute with ur credit card company and be finished I could care less. JLI will not be In existence shortly and im filing for bankruptcy so I cant do anything for u. Sorry
Email 3:
What was owed to u exactlyI dont recall. If I can start getting u some product in little by little will that help u a bit. Just saying IF ican help u out I might be able to work with u before I go into complete bankruptcy..

I emailed him saying he owed me over $60K.
So now, I've contacted many others on this forum that had invested over $10K to file criminal charges. But now Jarrod said his company's gonna file for bankruptcy.inputs please.
