My story is the exact same as all of yours. I ordered items... Items never came. I called and talked to Jacob, he assured me the items were coming. No items came I called and called and left messages but no one called me back. I did receive an email on Jan. 23 stating a refund of the full amount was confirmed and submitted. But as of today, Mar. 12 I have not received a credit.
I have filled a report with the BBB and with my credit card company but, I'm not sure what to do now. I've tried to go back to their web-site but can't find it. I'm wondering if they have changed their name or just disappeared?
