Autolaptoplink, Inc. Did not receive my product. Several calls and emails were not answered

I purchased a laptop mount and did not receive my order. I received an email that looked like a bogus tracking info email and kept looking in the UPS website, to no avail. After 2 weeks, i called and emailed the company but never received an answer. I have now called my bank and submitted a claim for a charge back since i no longer have any desire to have this company's products.
