Quality was poor and dvd's received were mis-titled
This company converted 10 VHS tapes and did a very poor job. I've contacted their "support" people and they do not answer. I don't think I am being unrealistic. They should have made sure that each dvd returned had the correct title. They also destroyed the covers from my VHS tapes. They ...
