I adopted all coaching on returning item and also have PODis but have now been awaiting my reimbursement within the quantity of $208.50 since December. I approached PosterPass and was informed results have been obtained. I obtained a phone from Rebecca atPeel Inc (224) 534-3000 on 1/29/08 declaring my reimbursement could be prepared asap.
On 2/5/08 I called again and spoke with Rita who confirmed my records were correct and a refund of $208.50 would be processed within 24 to 48 hours.By 2/25/08 however no reimbursement - I quit a note again, but didn't get a return phone. Nowadays is 3/2/08 checked my credit card account and still no refund - I have left another message.
What's the issue...
