On-line Company Admits I Called in November but Says My Confermation Numbers Don't Match

Like many people, I purchased a DVD about Government Grants through an email I received from GrantSearch.com for $1.99. I did not call and cancel my membership within the 7 days that are specified so I was subsequently charged $29.95. But, after getting no results or meaningful help from my membership, I did call to cancel my membership last November.

I own my own business and stay very busy, so while I visit my bank account on line frequently but don't always keep a close eye on withdrawals. This has come back to haunt me. Upon looking at my account online today, I realized that not only has Grant Search continued to make automatic withdrawals from my account, but two others are showing up as well.networkAgenda and BSM-SBA Express are also making withdrawals of $9.95 and $7.95. I never ordered these in any way!

I called my bank to get phone numbers to contact someone again about these withdrawals. GrantSearch did not have a number associated with there withdrawal, and when I called1-800-986-2640, the number listed with the bank to contact BSM-SBA Express, a recording came over the phone saying that 344-8899 was no longer in service! What is that? That's not even the number I dialed!

So I went online to research their websites and complaint came up on my computer. There I finally found a number to contact GrantSearch. While talking to the young woman to discuss this, she told me she had on record that I had called back in November but was only going to reimburse me for their last withdrawal. I wanted reimbursement for all of the money that had been deducted since November. After being put on hold for nearly an hour, a manager came on the phone and asked me for confirmation numbers. I was told the confirmation numbers I gave him did not match his so there was nothing he could do. How do I know that this is not just another evasive move to keep from reimbursing me?
I do plan to research my phone bills to prove that I called and canceled in an effort to retrieve my money! I definitely hope a class action suit get filed against businesses such as these to prevent others from such trouble.
