Gsa Grant Service Assistant sba Express excessive checking account withdrawals for membership ripoff

I enrolled in what I thought was a trial membership with the Grant Service Assistant for $3.97, in turn I have been charged the following fees on the following dates:

$29.95 on 1/10/07 by Grant Search
$5.95 on 1/26/07 by GSA/SBA Express
$29.95 on 2/9/07 by Grant Search
$5.95 on 2/24/07 by Grant Search
$7.95 on 2/24/07 by Network Agenda

Before filing this complaint I emailed [email protected] and I am awaiting his response to this matter. I only want a refund that is due. I cannot afford to continue having these fees come out of my checking account as it is causing me to bounce checks because I do not know when they will take them.
