Sold me a cd that i NEVER got charged me for shipping and then followed more charges for nothing

They sold me a cd and said it shipped on the 27th of feb on and charged me 2.99 on my cc then mar14th there was a charge of 7.95 when i called she said that it was a membership fee but would cancel my membership but i never agreed to ANY membership or additional charges to my card. Still waiting on reimbursement of charges to my bank account
