I was charged almost $40.00 per month for almost a year and a half by this company. The debit description on my statement (pbbill.com) gives no clue as to what the charge is for. I assumed it was something my wife or kids has signed up for so I ignored it. When I cancelled the card I received my first contact from this company that I was being charged. I had cancelled my card and they said this service was cancelled. When I replied to their email they told me they had been charging me for over a year for a service I never used and never knew I was signed up for. I asked for them to tell me how many times this service was used by "my account", if EVER. They said they couldn't do that. I know the answer, NEVER! I requested a refund since I never used their service and they said they would not do that. It is outrageous that these online service companies can charge the public and not be required to send an email receipt for the charges they assess each month. My satellite company always sends me such an email receipt for their automatic charge to my account. Other than this ambiguous description of the charge on my statement I had no direct contact or confirmation from this company that I was being charged. This is my main complaint. Had I received SOMETHING from them I would have cancelled this after the first charge. So, basically, I am out over $600.00 because of this instead of just 40 bucks!
