Hughesnet is the worst ripoff i have everseen. That 30 day guarantee is fine you will be satisfied. After that you will start slowing down some each day until you reach the speeds like 45up and 32down. If you will pay close attention at 2:58 (CT) your speed will be 800 down and 200 to 300 up, at 4:01 you will see a great change 40 to 50 down and 20 to 30 up. That will stay that way till 11:00 PM (CT). My last speed test at 10:59 pm was 71 down and 31 up... At 11:01 pm it was 896 down and 291 up. They do control the speed during the hours you want to use the internet and dont think calling is going to help. There tech support SUCKS at all 3 levels so save your time and breath. So if you want to get it without a kiss, sign that contract!!!
