Seller and buyers on eBay and people who use PayPal should be aware of coming changes to the online auction site and payment site.
A boycott of eBay is planned for Feb. 18 through Feb. 25 to protest these changes that penalize smaller sellers and benefit the mega-sellers.individuals are being asked not to buy or sell on eBay for the window referenced.

CNN has already expressed an interest in monitoring the strike/boycott as have a number of other news agencies.

While the "ripoff" hasn't yet occurred, possibly it can be averted or at least brought into the open.
