Ebay, Paypal, Qian Fang Company
I purchased an item from qian fang company via ebay using paypal and they sent me nothing in return ripoff

I purchased via PayPal using Ebay an item from Qian Fang Company. Ebay has no provision to tell its buyers that there is a 100 percent chance that u can be ripped off. First of all there are reports on ebay that tell you the buyers feedback. Now however Ebay lets you purchase from a questionable seller by not making it mandatory to review the sellers history prior to sending any money. Therefor Ebay facilitates purchases from questionable sellers by not making it mandatory to check the sellers history and or reviewing it and either terminating the bad seller to prevent a buyer from purchasing the item. Ebay works with the bad sellers and does not remove them even though they have a whole list of complaints. The company is negligent due to the fact that it facilitates the purchase of an item using pay pal. The company has no provision to make a buyer have to read the history of the seller prior to sending them money. It should be made impossible to purchase on ebay unless the buyer and ebay read the sellers history and a make a judgement as to pay the seller the buyers money. Ebay thus facilitates the transaction by not making it mandatory to review the sellers history. Details to follow.
