I ordered a GPS device from this website today. Unlike ever before, I recieved an E-mail from them asking me to call their customer service number to verify my address etc. I immediately got concernced and sent them an E-mail to cancel my order. After getting no response for 8 hours, I called them to cancel my order. The first time, I had to wait about 8 minutes before hanging up. The second time, as I was telling the man (they don't even greet) that I am calling to cancel the order, he hung up on me. The third time, I got this most ugly and racially abusing asian voice who tried to inquire about my personal background. He then called me "Paki" (I'm from Pakistan) - this was obviously insulting - in England calling a Pakistani "Paki" is considered 1st class racial abuse (I'm not sure how it goes in US). Upon trying to request him to let me go after doing business (cancelling my order), he said, "we don't do business". He then went on to speak some chinese or other such language that I did not understand. I then told him to shut up and let me talk with his manager. I then got an Indian man who was some what better but still very unprofessional; he gave me a "customer cancellation #" before hanging up while I was asking him a question. I appeal to FBI or other agencies responsible for ensuring good customer service in US to investigate this company. It's the most unprofessional and racially abusive customer service experience I've had in my life!
