I also placed a large order on 1-15-08. I received an e-mail stating my order was processed and I would soon be receiving another e-mail with tracking info. I have not received any other e-mail since despite sending them 3 e-mails asking for information. The website states it has a 24/7 customer service operator available but when you click in the box where it states click here it is inoperable. The website does not offer a phone # to contact (that should have been my first clue). I have seen other complaints about this company with the same response "please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the tracking #" they also state that customer service is their #1 priority... Thats a joke. I have contacted my credit card company who will be launching an investigation and will not hold me responsible for the charges until the investigation concludes. I appreciate the other postings and just wish I had checked this company for any complaints before I made a purchase.
