In Dec. Of 2006 I tried this service and got no information whatsoever. I complained to the company & nothing was done. I turned it over as a dispute to American Express & the charges were removed.
Now the company is claiming that I signed up in Sept of oddly enough with the same credit card, and they are refusing to remove the charges.
I asked them to tell me the dates I used their service (because I knew I hadn't) and was told it wasn't their job - I needed to investigate it myself & provide them with the info. Very rude & smart-mouthed. I do have to admit that I wasn't using my best telephone manners either.
Called American Express and another dispute has been initiated, this time as fraud. If they refuse to cooperate with Anerican Express, I will be talking to Alicia, a 2nd level supervisor. I want to let her know that I'll be reporting the company to the BBB, the Florida Attorney Gen'l, and any other appropriate agencies I can locate between now & then. Will also let her know, although I'm sure she's already aware, of the many customers who've taken their time to file a complaint.
