Ordered a cell phone on the internet for a certain price. A day later the price was changed and told that they did not have to honor the price. Told me to pay more or cancel order. Manhattan

I ordered a cell phone from this company on the internet for certain price. I was given a call late the next night saying that the phone was priced wrong and if wanted the phone I had to pay $100 more or cancel the order. I then told them this was false advertisement and that I should get the phone for what I ordered and saw on the internet. The man the proceeded to tell me that they have in their policy they do not have to honor that contract. I am not sure where this policy is or if he is right. I think this business move is immoral and unethical. Mistakes are made and someone should be held responsible. I want the cell phone for what I originally saw and paid for the phone. Not a penny more.
