I ordered two snuggie blankets from the phone in order number. I was told each would be 19.95 plus 7.95 shipping and handling. I was told I must wait 2-6 weeks for my order to be processed.
I decided to check the status of my order, and I found that the website offered would not load. I called the number provided where I was only able to listen to the status of my order and the price. The price was $71, $20 more than what it was supposed to be.
I was given a number to a real person in customer service, but when I call using my cell phone I hear music for a few seconds then it disconnects me.
So now here I am, unable to cancel my order or to question why I am to be charged more than I was told. I have to the bank and see what I can do to stop the billing.
