For the past 9 months, CCBill.com has been debiting $29.97 out my checking account. I have called numerous times and been on hold for about 20 minutes each time. I and my personal bank have written letters stating my problems and CCBill.com have done nothing to help me. I would like CCBill.com to stop debiting money out my account and refund my money back.
