I have had a Toshiba Satellite Laptop for about 3 years and Last year, it began overheating, rebooting and having multiple hardware failures. I contacted tech support and they told me it would cost $250 US to have the motherboard replaced. This was only 2 years after I had obtained the laptop. I have had nothing but problems with Toshiba Computers and vow never to use them again. While the tech support people are nice and understanding, a computer that has these types of issues should have a separate warranty to cover hardware failures.
