Fresh Start Financial
Took money every other week for computer and never received compute

I have been having monies debited from my account for over 3mths now and have yet to receive a computer whenver i call i get a different answer from freshstart financial as to why the computer has not been sent. They even have gone so far as to blame Dell... When speaking w/dell they said they have no orders or "contracts" with freshstart financial and suggested that i report them to dell's fraud unit which i am doing... I think it just sad that these people would take your money and not even give you enough respect as to give you an honest answer. When i first started dealing w/freshstart they were polite and friendly... As time went on and i still received no computer, and started questioning them they became more and more rude and down talking to me... If anyone has any suggestions... I welcome the advice
