I ordered a TV Stand worth $500, erustic.com charged my credit card and promised to deliver within eight weeks, eight weeks turned into six months and the item I had paid for was never delivered. After sending them dozens of emails I finally got a response from them saying that the item was damaged and that they would refund my money. It has been ten months and they never sent me the refund. Their phone numbers never work and they dont answer any emails. This company is a complete rip off and their actions are obviously criminal.
