Pheonix Networks DSL incapable of honoring orders!

Don't order your DSL from Pheonix Networks!

I placed an order through from Pheonix Networks for DSL service (provided by NorthPoint) back in May. I told my friend about the deal ($39 a month, free installation, rebate on DSL modem). He placed an order, and I placed an order a week later. He received his service sometime in July. I was told that there were no ports left. I was told new ports were scheduled to be added in December.

Phoenix DSL asked I wanted to wait. I said yes.

I called today (Oct 26) to make sure they were going to fulfill the order, and they told me they were going to cancel it. I was told I would have to request a new order when ports are available (still scheduled for late December).

Of course, they are now selling DSL for a higher price and no other special deals, so they are doing this just so they do not have to honor the first agreement.

If there are any lawyers out there who are interested in going after Pheonix Networks PheonixDSL.com for me, or if there are any other consumers in the same boat who would like to join a class action suit against them, email me at [email protected].
