I also noticed an unauthorized payment on my card. I called the Real Networks and the service rep wanted me to provide account information as well. When I refused to provide the information and asked what other information I could get, he stated the merchant order number from the bank. I called the bank and there was no merchant order number, only a telephone number. I filed a fraud complaint and am allowing the bank to deal with the matter.
