Like the others I ordered my 2 dog toys in August and I got an email update about how the products contained lead and there will be a delay. Come December I emailed them 7 times and the 6 email they finally answered it with " They could not find my information so I needed to email them the proof. So I went to my Paypal account and emailed them the proof.
As of today January 2 I am on my 7th email with the information that they requested. My one email address was returned to me as being a spam or a virus, so I emailed them from another account and that one went through. Still with no response, so I tried to call them and the phone number that is giving on the web sight it is not working, it seems like it was disconnected. Like all the others I am out the money as well as the product and I would like for them to have to pay for the frustration and aggravation that I have been through.
