Tlg great fun is ripping me off! City Does Not Appea

I have gotten charged two consecutive months for 11.99 on something I have no idea what it is. The only option, I guess, of getting this taken care of is to close my bank account and re-open another one somewhere else. I tried to call the number displayed on my bank statement, but it came up as disconnected.
