I have been using Paypal for a non-profit organization for 5 years. It's worked well for that period of time. Now they have some sort of problem making the "history" data unavailable.
If you try to get it you get an error message saying to check back later. I NEED that information for end of the fiscal year reports. This has been going on for at least 3 weeks. No replies from Paypal to my several emails (forgot how many). We pay for this service and are not getting it at all and we get NO response from Paypal.
