Now States that Buyers have no right to view descriptions AFTER purchase

Bidz.com just does not seem to want to learn their lesson! Considering the MAJOR controversy across the press lines over the past few months concerning this company's "F" rating with the BBB, the buzz about their PARTNER company, and main jewelry supplier, L.A. Jewelry, which is operated by none other than Saied Aframian, an ex-felon convicted of fencing stolen jewelry, and the fact that their stock has just taken a major plunge, perhaps these fraudsters might consider taking a bit better care of their customers and saving face where they can! They have already removed all their Television and major appliance auctions, because of the wide spread news reports questioning their validity. They claimed that this was an "independent auctioneer", but it turned out that it was yet ANOTHER of their sister companies owned by their co-founder. THE FUN NEVER STOPS.

On Christmas day, Bidz.com launched their newest auction interface, and in doing so, the bidding has somehow soared to all new heights. This almost completely coincides with the fall of the stock, and the reports that, for all of their wonderous self-proclaimations of greatness, they are only showing actual profits of 1M per year. And, to make our shopping experiences even better, they have managed to knock out all titles, pictures and descriptions in the buyers "view my order" section.

According to the Federal Trade commission, the buyer has full right to double check the accuracy of an item against the description upon receipt, however, Bidz.com is now in total opposition of this... They state that "you had the description available at the time of auction, so you were full aware of your purchase".

Well, dear Bidz, with your reputation of sending incorrect or broken merchandise, and now you absolutely refuse to work with your buyers regarding a situation which YOU have created, NO, I will NOT just 'trust you' that I will and have received the items you originally had listed, just because you "say so". It is my legal right as a consumer to check any item purchased against the original description offered by the seller... LOOK IT UP! You are on a downward spiral, and no matter how good you are at cooking books, fixing bids and mistreating customers, you have now been exposed - in the media... Where it always hurts the worst!

I believe with all of the new information coming to light regarding this company and the multitude of complaints, this company will face a major investigations into the honesty of its system and its mistreatment of its buyers by its inept customer service department. The question is, will its measly 1 million bucks per year be able to cover its first class action law suit?

I urge everyone to contact the FTC regarding any problems that you may have experienced with this company regarding poor quality or misrepresented merchandise, items that were stolen, lost or never sent. Unlike the BBB, the FTC is NOT dominated by the seller... It is there for YOU! The more complaints they recieve, the more they can do for us!
