This site claims to need confidential personal and financial information in order to "verify" your account, they specifically state that it is "for your enhanced security" and "to prevent fraud" but they in fact NEVER sent me a phone card or pin number (they claim "instant pin number delivered to your email") and their phone is only an automated system that loops around through different recordings.
PhoneShark follows exactly the same pattern as does BlackstoneOnLine, through whom I also tried to buy a calling card (unsuccessfully, alas). All such services must be tried for wrongful advertising, misrepresentation of service, and fraudulent use of personal data.
