If you are considering buying a car from Jones Junction please re-think... They have a F rating with the better business bureau and after they sell you the car good luck in getting anyone to call you back or even speak the truth... We purchased a STI Impreza from Subaru in Belair in July. The car went in for service in August only one month later with the check engine light on and and TG valves were sticking. The service department lifted the hood and told him his warranty was voided because he had installed after market parts. That was illigal to do with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act Law passed in 1975 I have discovered. To say the least it has been a battle with this group (Jones Junction) since. Took the car back in again in March to only be told again the warranty was voided. Took almost 4 weeks of back and fourth conversations of getting no where with this slick group. I got so irate I went into the dealership demanding to speak to a manager and guess who this young guy told me who he was? Bryan Kilby... I questioned him on that which he got very upset about and told me he was done with this conversation and there was nothing he was going to do to help. The whole time another man was sitting next to him and never spoke up to tell me the guy was lying that he was not the real Bryan Kilby... Very shady company... To make a long story short because there is so much more. The car went to them running but when we picked it up it wouldn't start and when it did it lost oil all underneath... Which you can bet I took plenty of pictures of. Then I was there for three hours arguing with these incompentent so called service people. The car is at another shop and get this we have plenty of pictures showing that when they put the car back together they put the carborator in upside down... This was on purpose to cause damage... I called to speak to the real Bryan Kilby and let him know what a bad service department he has and that how the car was put together back wrong and the lady patches me through and am I sure I really spoke to him NO... No... But if I did he said he would collect all the information and call me back the next day... Well two days later and no phone call so I call again and it's his voicemail... Left a message but as of yet NO call back... My expierence has been to never buy another car from Jones Junction again... Everything about their dealership was a bad expierence from the receptionist to the many people who claim to be Mr. Kilby and aparently he allows this type of behavior in his dealership... They are all nice when they wanna sell you a car but after that their true colors came out... RUN as fast as you can from them... Money... Is the only thing they look out for... Jones for life... What a joke...
