Do not get account now!!! It freakn' sucks! First of all, account now has to be the dumbest banking service in the world. Not only do they charge you 10 bucks (of YOUR MONEY) a month for simply having an account, but on top of that, if you loose or misplace your card, or don't have your account number they charge you $15 dollars to replace it. WTH! If you loose your card, you cant transfer your money to another account without the card number, nor can you use your money without the card. So basically, if you are really in need of YOUR MONEY, you are shit out of luck! And don't bother calling customer service. Although they use your social security number (one of the most personal financial bits of information a person has) to verify that the person calling owns the account, they cannot in return tell you your darn account number because 'it's against company policy.' Oh, and did I mention that it also costs $15 dollars to close your account!?!!! Wth! I just gave you my social and you can't give me my account number! In my mind, that's ludacris! In my personal opinion, account now is the last "bank" you should lend your money to. Word to the wise: do not be like myself and wait until you are 50 bucks out of MY OWN FREAKN' MONEY to do something about it! You can open an account at a real bank for free and not have to worry about the nonsense of paying for your own money. Please, just don't use this service.
