Ordered smoking jacket on Dec 3 and immediately received notice with confirm #. But never received the item. Followed up on Dec 17 and found the company has no phone # or address on their website. Attempted to email twice with no response. Received billing for the item. Notified credit card company to dispute. Found others reporting similar experience on usacomplaints.com.
