This website is a total rip-off. They charged me full price for a LCD part that was damaged, and it was obviously a used part taken out of an old broken LCD monitor. And to top it off, it wasn't even what I ordered - The part they sent me was for a different monitor.in other words, they sold me a useless piece of garbage for about $100.
As others on usacomplaints.com have complained, they will not answer e-mails to customer service, and there is no phone number to contact them. I have no way to try and return or exchange the part, and the only thing I can do is file a claim with my credit card company to try and get my money back. If that doesn't work, I am out $100 because of this scam website.

Unless you want to spend big bucks on broken crap that is not even what you ordered, don't go anywhere near this website.
