I ordered some tiffany reproductions from Wholesale Diva on www.wholesalediva.com on 10/17. My full payment was promptly porcessed by them on 10/21. There were several birthday gifts in that order which have one by one, all passed since I placed that order and have been waiting for it to arrive. I have sent numerous emails asking about the status, but it appears that the only ones working at whoelsale diva are the ones who process the payments. I have not received a single response to my inquiry to this date. I did however, receive a notice from them that my shipment was being shipped on 11/16 and a DHL tracking number. It is now late night on 11/25 and when I finally called DHL, they said that the company did indeed generate a shipping label, but they never actually gave them the package to deliver!
I have been trying to email wholesale diva - and yes, you guessed it - no response. So... Not only didn't i get all the birthday presents, I wound up having to go buy very expensive items for the 4 birthdays that passed because I kept hoping for a miracle and waiting ont he shipment to arrive, so each time I had to run out do last minute shopping.
I wanted to file this report so no one else gets suckered in like me - this company has numerous usacomplaints.com and scams filed on the web in several places - especially about the cheap quality purses they sell or the fact that they don't send the merchandise at all. I wish I had researched first and then shopped. I just don't want any disappointed or ripp-ed-off people this hoilday season. These holidays should be about the joy of giving and making your loved ones happy. Stay away form WholesaleDiva LLC - the only ones who will be happy if you deal with them is their payment processing center.
On their website, they claimed they were delayed by the California fires, but at the same time - they also state that they were not effected by it and that their inventory was untouched - so why the delay, or fine, even if there is a delay - respond to my inquiries. I would h ave understood - and then dont make matters worse by sending me fake shipment notices.
Warning wholesale diva is a ripoff - don't do business with them.
