I placed my order on 6/24 in the amount of $204.00, after several e-mails to the company as to where my order was, because I was unable to reach them by phone I sent them a fax canceling my order on 8/6. I sent a follow up letter & email confirmng my fax cancelattion. Much to my surprise I recieved a shipping notification email on 8/9 from Wholesale Diva with the DHL tracking number attached. Wholesale Diva only ships as "SIGNATURE REQUIRED" to verify the credit card holder. This shipment was due to arrive on the 16th durring the day, I work in the daytime so I called DHL to request early am delivery so I would make sure I would be home. Of course DHL deliverd early on the 14th and left the package at my front door. I live on a very busy street, needless to say there was no package when I arrived home. I attempted to contact Wholesale Diva after contacting DHL because DHL's policy is only the shipper can file a claim. After 2 weeks I called the Orange County Sherrif's Dept and unfortunatly Wholesale Dive did ship the package so I had to deal with DHL. After 1 month 9/7 -DHL finally let me file the claim and told me it would take up to 30 days to settle, they would also attempt to contact the shipper. On 10/3 DHL contacted me to advise me that my claim has been denied due to the fact Wholesale Diva had returned the notice and claim and settled with them and already recieved the settlement check. Now they have my money & DHL's SCAM ARTIST"S. Unfortunatly I paid with my bank debit card so I have alot of red tape to go through now! BUYER BEWARE THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER COMPANIES OUT THERE. I have learned they also run a daycare center and another phone number is linked to this address and name - Aylissa Wisdom @ 949/716-5043 Coincidence— I dont think so...
