I placed orders for wallpaper and for art work with this company through their online service on 4/2/03.
The advestising says unconditonal 100% guarantee! The wallpaper arrived in about a week. I went to put it up this weekend and found that about 2 yards of the paper had big gouges (rips) down the center of it. I used what I could, and tossed the unusuable portion in the garbage. I needed more paper to finish the wall.
I spoke to their customer service department who informed me that as long as I returned the damaged merchandise I would get another roll. I could not, as the garbage was pickuped already. They basically said, too bad, that is the only way we can issue you a new roll, unless I place a new order. I had to place an entirely new order and pay for it. They took 10% off.
They advertise "unconditional 100% satisfaction of your order for whatever reason"! It does not say, based on returning the damaged goods! Buyer Beware. BTW, I still have not received 1 of the paintings!
