Bought a Motorola Razor V3 from OEMKINGS on ebay, and thought since he had a 41,000 positive feedback rating that I wouldn't get screwed over. He only had 600 negs and thought that wasn't bad. Got the phone which was used and not new and worked for one whole day and then just permenantly shut off (and not the battery). I wrote him 4 emails and no response. I bought this using my father ebay account and paid with my credit card (mistake on my part as I cannot get a PayPal refund). So I left negative feedback. Only then did he respond saying I sent those emails to the wrong email addess, even though it was the address he put on his profile page. Then wrote a negative feedback on my fathers account telling me to call him. So I did and he said he would replace it only after I mutually agree to withdraw the feedback. So I did (another mistake) and he promised to send a ups number so I could send it back. Nothing. Called number he gave me no answer, and to the "new" email address I wrote 3 more emails... Nothing. Come to find out thats what this guy does, only contacts you after you leave neg feedback then gets you to retract it after promisng you all of these things. Looking at his feedback he only has neg feedback from people that are so fed up they dont care about their feedback from him or the "promise" of a new phone. And then I noticed that about 1 in 10 of his feedbacks are mutually withdrawn. This guy has been doing this for years. And with other people will only refund money if you will not remove feedback then charges a ridiculous restocking fee to sell the same crap phone to another unsuspecting buyer. Probably done this to 4,000 people and still is on ebays best sellers list, cause they dont care only want to make a profit at the expense of there customers. I am now officially done buying on ebay, and will tell anyone that will listen to me to just go to a local store and not buy from ebay or its sellers
