Did Not Pay Rebate On Monitor, $99.00 Company never paid. Never heard from them, phone simply has a recording

I sent all my stuff in JUST like they said to do, as well as retained copies. Never heard from them and now they simply have a recording on their phone saying, "Sorry, we are not available right now, call back later."
