Geeks on site = poor customer service/satisfaction. I was in a crunch to get my computer fixed, so I called them; big mistake. It took them three days to get a part for my computer, and when it arrived, it was the wrong part. The technician didn't even look at the computer components to determine the right part. When I asked for my $99 (for "diagnostic") back, they didn't respond, They are not even at the address that you see above, so I believe that they have to keep moving around to avoid other angry customers. I wouldn't even consider them if you need to have your computer repaired. I tried to contact them for a refund via the Better Business Bureau, but they never responded. A huge rip-off!!!
