Geeks Mobile USA offers a 30 day customer satisfaction guarrantee on in-home computer repair but would not refund a charge of $149 when 2 different techs could not fix the problem with my computer.
The manager did not return my phone calls. He did respond to one of my emails, but did not do what he offered to do, which was find out why the techs could not repair my computer and follow-up with me.
