I had tried this service for about 5 minutes before realizing they had only 2nd rate music (no hits either current or past) available so I canceled the service immediately after signing up. A couple months later an email was sent to the address they had on file for me which is a family address, accessable by all members of the family. This email stated 'rejoin and get 50 free downloads. Click here' My son clicked it and was given full acces to the previously canceled account - it did not ask for any info at all, not even a password. I was unaware this had happened until my credit card statement arrived with a nice charge from them.
After ALOT of tries to the phone number on the bill I finally figured out how to get a person (let me tell you I tried 0, random extensions, all sorts of things - I even got recordings for a couple other companies like 'dementions' and 'orchards'- same company? I dont know but they were all from the same 212-300-2855 number) eventually I got through by waiting a VERY long time not doing anything after the recording ended, and I got CARLOS who tried saying too bad, you used the link you need to pay. I didnt give in insisting that at minimal a password should have been required - EVENTUALLY he put me on hold for about 10 seconds, after this EXTREMELY brief hold time (who complains about brief hold times?) he said "I went to bat for you with my manager and explained everything and was able to finally talk him into giving you a credit" — what a bunch of BS, who could do all that 'going to bat' in 10 seconds —
While this did work out for me, be warned that your account information is fully accessable by anyone that clicks the link in your email
