Order for 17" monitor submitted and paid for via Paypal two weeks ago. Comany responds with a confirmation and an order number.
At this time the order is in process a state it was in the day it acknowledged the order. This is not normal for internet companies I have dealt with before.
I sent an e=mail a week ago with no response to-date.
All attemptes to contact the company by phone lead to a automated run around with final connection to technical support voice mail.
Meanwhile the company has my $118 with no indication I'll get my money back.
