I likewise went through all 4 stages to purchase a Sebo X4 vacuum cleaner and was quite confident all was o.K. Since the whole process seemed most efficient and plausible.
My last contact was that the order had been paid for and delivered, by that I assumed to the Shipping company, which was UPS. This company I selected because of their reputation.
I paid using a paypoint e-voucher with a sixteen digit code. This morning, having not received my delivery, I went online to investigate and chase up one click multimedia.com only to find that others have had the same experience with no subsequent delivery of goods. I too am being blocked from getting any information from one click multimedia.com so it would seem I have also been scammed.
