Fingerhut is a company that provides credit to people with imperfect credit. They exploit this fact and abuse their customers. I ordered a dvd movie on 10/04/07 and they indicated it would be shipped by 10/29 which hasn't occurred. They debited my charge account without shipping the movie. They said it's backordered. Apparently, their website says it's in stock. The movie is Halloween. They can't give an exact ship date and refuse to issue a credt according to their policy. They lie with impunity and have a bad record with the BBB AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are disreputable and don"t care about inventory availability. I regret accepting their credit card
